Who Is Dmitrijs Buzdins?

Dmitrijs brings over 20 years of mastery in building FinTech systems, including at the UK unicorn Teya. Throughout his career, he has combined founder-level vision with enterprise-grade engineering, founding and scaling a FinTech software consultancy and leading product and infrastructure engineering at high-growth companies.

He has delivered complex solutions across Payments, Lending, Core Banking, and Compliance, launching products and building robust multi-currency financial ecosystems. Prior to his appointment as CTO, Dmitrijs served as our VP of Engineering for over a year, during which he played a key role in shaping our technical foundation and driving product evolution.
